So I had a fun sprint with a 2001 ish Mustang GT on the hwy today. I was about 2-3 car lengths ahead when I punched it in 4th gear around 70mph. I was at the end of 5th at about 135mph when he caught up and at 150mph in 6th when we ended it. He was 1- 1 1/2 lengths ahead at 150mph. Now I have raced plenty of stock GT's and beat them no problem, he had to have been modified? right? Also we had a friendly wave at the end and went our separate ways.

that is awesome! However I have driven one with Sixt rent a car and I think that it could beat it just does not have a great acceleration power. So give it long enough it could pass your car.

Just beware of the '14 5.0 Mustangs. About 420 HP. And they can handle too!
