Purchased in 2003 from credit union - a repo with 104,000 miles.
Black on black with auto trans.
My wife overheated it severely at 169,000 miles when the plastic radiator neck broke off and she continued to drive it for a 1/2 mile to a gas station causing the aluminum head to crack. Thus the transformation began!

Drivetrain
A 3.2 litre Z3 "M" from 1999 Z3 donor car - along with coversion to 5 speed M3 tranny, also did OBD I conversion for significant added "UMPH" along with TURNER MOTORSPORTS performance chip, and a REMUS free flowing performance exhaust.
Next up - the addition of larger injectors, a DINAN large bore throtle body and a VORTEC supercharger. Should put it in the 400 hp neighborhood.

Interior
Origionally all black except for grey headliner, --now tan leather sport seats from '98 328is with black "vader" headrests, tan console, tan headliner, tan door panels, black carpet and upper dash.
Exterior
Stock except it has been lowered and has 18" M5 double spoke wheels all around - had to roll the rear fender lips to clear.
Still has original 325is emblem or rear - for giggles!

Alpine AM/FM/CD with USB port for IPOD, memory stick, etc.
Has factory BMW OEM Harmon Kardon speakers and amp from '98 325i donor.

BMW OEM 9 x 18 "M5" Shadow Chrome doublespoke wheels with 235/18 KUMHO Escta's on rear and 235/18 Nankang NS3000's on front.
