BMWX5 is on a distinguished road
(Thread Starter)

Hi everyone,
On my 2004 X5, 3.0i, I have the blessed engine light on with following codes. Every time I erase and scan I get different codes. So far I've removed and cleaned the idle valve. The flapper does rattle but not continuously when I shake it. I have to hold it at a specific angle in my hand for to rattle. It was pretty gummed up but I soaked it in gasoline overnight and cleaned it thoroughly.
Any insight will be much appreciated.

Scanner Foxwell for BMW:

E9 DME: Catalytic-converter efficiency, bank 1
EB DME: Trimming, oxygen sensor before cat., bank 1
8D DME: Plausibility, tank fill level
1F DME: Activation, ignition, cylinder 5
3 DME: Activation, ignition, cylinder 6
2 DME: Activation, ignition, cylinder 4
D2 DME: Error, ign.-current measurement at more than 2 cylinders
D1 DME: Anti-tampering protection EWS
