Toyota is working on new sports cars. They may have temporarily left the sports car arena, but I certainly don't think you've seen the last of them.

They are working on a car called the TXS. It is supposed to be a Toyota exotic with 500 hp and weigh in less than 3,000 lbs.

Regarding the Supra, I was under the impression (maybe I can blame GT3) that the Supra was produced for many years in Japan after leaving the US market. Anybody know for how long?

The volta is quite nice. Using both an electric and internal combustion engine in unison. Pretty sure that thing would be like 30mpg+
