800ft/lbs = tranny w/ acid tempered metal bi-carbonite teeth with some sort of wicked slick loop through linkage. Damn even that with an auto is pretty nuts.

I saw the gears and linkage for a top fuel funny car one time. Absolutely insane: brass, porcelain(spelling?), knotted carbon fiber tie ins with this heat treated goop as lubricant. The guy said that if you were to take that goop and throw it into a blast furnace it would survive!:

You gotta admit they make some sick shit.
