My name is Stephanie i just turned 19 on Oct 12th. I currently live in Powder Springs,GA.
I own a GREEN 1993 BMW 318is. As of this moment it is in Cali at my dads house though!
I was searching around and this Site seemed to be the most user friendly!
I am lookin to get help on ideas of ways to mod my car and to get to know others with a common interest!

Tinted windows
Black rims
Clear indicators front side and rear.
Or you could get angel eye's in chrome like mine!
Not on the back though.
Simple 1.5 inch stainless back box.
Possibly the small M3 boot spoiler.

Thanks for the nice comment on my ride and welcome to the forum!

My first beemer was a 1993 318is... it was a great car. If you want a SICK look without spending too much money. I would install the following:

- M3 staggered rims. Have your dad look on Craigslist in California. They come up every once in a while in Norcal. Here's an example on Ebay.

eBay Motors: BMW E36 M3 Contour 17" Wheels Rims Staggered 3 Series (item 160294810911 end time Nov-05-08 11:52:11 PST)

- ZKW Head lights and "CCFL" angel rings. Do NOT get anything else... believe me I bought tons of head lights and angel eyes before getting it right!

- Clear tail lights and smoked fog lights.

- Tinted windows and some touch up paint if you car needs it... especially around the skirts and front/rear bumper.

I'm In cali now Nor Cal Yeah Blacked out Grilles and M3 staggered rims maybe tint the windows 70% it the Legal limit for the front window But I have 30% and cops say it is not too dark Angel eye's are a nice mod for theses cars too. I have angel eyes and it sets the car off for the other cars Just be sure to get CCFL's there brighter and alot more defined.... just dont do Chrome housings it just refles the rings and blurs them and cheapen the look(In my honest opinion)... I do not want black rims... well i did find a lot that i really like that are in black but black is sooo over done these days.. im really into gun metal! pure sex!!!!!
My dad is keeping an eye out for an M3 spoiler (i might have to steal it off my stepdads 88 M3.. hehe)
Im planning on tinting windows and headlights and tails when it gets here to GA.
i have a friend that can get me a great deal! im goin to be doing 20% and 5% on the sunroof.
and anything that costs too much needs to be put on hold..
i do need a head unit! and an AMP..
so that will prob be a 1st mod! and lowering the Beast!

i know a lot of parts are best to buy brand new
and some it dont matter much if they are used(to a degree)

Search the net. There are some great dealers on the web both in new and used parts. Are you going to do the installs yourself? If you are you will definitely need to get the service manual for your model.

on a green car, I would leave the signals amber. Not smoked or clear. It just looks better IMO.
The 88 wing won't fit on your e36 since the e30 M3 is totally different to your car
Other than that, the others have already given you lots of ideas, personally I'd go for the angel eyes, and gun metal rims sound nice, too!
Btw are you planning on modding the engine as well?

Thank you for the ideas. im a pro at the internet. on another forum i am on ppl come to me when they need to find parts for good deals. i really just wanted to know if any of you know any ppl who sell decent parts for cheap. I would like to do most of the modding myself anything major my fiance and his brother would be helping me with! plus im good at finding AWESOME ppl to help me!!
I really like to do things on my own and i love learning new things!

and idk im not a fan of the amber. im really into the scion tC and my friend and i had this huge disc. about her turn signals and idk IMO it looks weird.

i was joking about the 88 m3 spoiler. i just would like to get one with a similar look.
and Angle eyes are in the air... i put them on my mod list ideas! but im not really sure yet.. lol.
The engine mods will NEED to happen! i really want an intake and an exhaust but bc i am short on cash i should be saving for either a sec. car or a new engine.. (too many miles on the one in it now!)

i finally remembered to put some pics up! all but one are from the dealership my dads friend got it from nothing has changed except my dad lowered it a lil.

I would definitely change the wheels and tires, tint the windows and change to angle eyes. Nice looking car!

yes like i mentioned tint as soon as it gets to GA lol
