: lol I'm one of those weird people that just start talking to you the e60 M5 Is IMHO better then the audi or benz... the audi is OK thats it nothing really special or appealing.... the benz is a CLOSE second to the M5 In this case the M5 in my opinion is the better car...... Happy motoring!

You mean you can't get the Interlagos Blue in Australia? I never knew that. Wonder why?

best of all the worlds in that garage all bimmers....an X5 for the snow and then an M5 and a 330xi for very pleasurable driving. I turn my head at all bimmers but any M is a real head turner especially the e60 M5. Love the car.
Happy Driving

Thanks guys. I am very lucky to have all three in my garage. I'm not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination, but have very patiently aquired the three BMWs I have now. I will never sell the M5 (I hope).

I like the idea of a convertible, even had a 2003 Mustang (which I sold to buy the M5) but it was always too sunny or too cold to put the top down. It was always more comfortable to keep the top up and use the air conditioning.

I also believe the test was done with the M5 6-speed where you CANNOT turn off traction control. This killed the M5 in most of the tests.
