03&04Owner, at least the BMW engineer was able to see the same problem occur. But as long as these cars have been out, I'm suprised they haven't already come up with a fix by now. (ther than different wheels and tires). You would think that a different dampening in the shocks or a different spring setup would help, if not fix this problem. I wonder if there are any owners out there who have already gone to aftermarket spring/shock setups and if they are still experienceing these problems after the switch.
