Hi, i'm new in this forum. My dad bought a charcoal z4 and asked me to look for the oem fog lights. Is there any places i could get them a bit cheaper than at the dealer?

Also, the ex-owner of the car told my dad that there was a timing chain on that engine and it was not necessary to change it, is that true ? the chain comes less tight with usage right ?

edit: oh yeah and also, does the oem wiring for the fog light system is already in place behind the bumper ?

Tried ebay for the lamps?
As for the Timing-chain, these CAN fail, usually a tensioner issue.
If the car is maintained well then the chain has been known to outlast the engine, but the tensioner will need replacing at certain stages in the cars long-life !
