Seats slide and power top is intermitent

I just bought a 1998 Z3 2.8 from a one owner that had every service done at a Dealership. Drivetrain, body and suspension are in perfect condition, and so is the interior save for a few things. Both of the seats shift back and forth about a 1/2 inch when I hit the brakes and the gas, the top doesn't always go down, and the glove box looks like someone tried to pry it open and there's a gap where it bows down. Any advice would be appreciated if you're familiar with these problems.

From what I can understand: the seat runners are slghtly worn, a good grease up may help as they havent seen any since they were born!, as for the roof, I would say it is deffo a dodgy connection , where I dont know, sorry.
