Floor vent not blowing neither a/c or heat

My 1997 z3 floor vents do not blow either heat or a/c , though the windshield and front vents work perfectly fine. Any help???

If the other vets work then it's not your blower motor. Most likely the blend door actuator. They have a little plastic rod that sometimes pops off or breaks. May require disassembly of the dash.
