First BMW

Hello All, I have just purchased my first BMW.
It is a 2003 Z4 with a 3.0 and 5-spd. auto (96,000.00 miles on it), and has a good carfax report.
My friend has a 2008 model and he just loves it.
This car has very good reviews which also swayed my decision on this model.
I have been performing mechanical maintenance/ repair to my own vehicles for better than 20 years but have never worked on this make and model.
Can anyone suggest a good manual for for this car?

I appreciate your reply to my inquire. I was not able to find a manual listed for the 2003 Z4 (or any Z4 ) ; do you know if they are available?

To my knowledge, Bentley does not publish a manual for the Z4.

I was able to acquire a BMW TIS on DVD.

Haynes makes a manual for the Z4. Available at local auto parts stores. I was at Auto Value today and they had one in stock.

BMW 3-Series and Z4 Repair Manual for 1999 thru 2005. Includes 2006 325ci/330ci Coupe and Convertible models. (Does not include the 318ti, 323is, 328is, Z3, or information specific to M3 models or all-wheel drive models)

Good move Is it the complete set inc. ETK, Admin and SysAdmin? And most of all, is it legal? Mine is a BMW original set from my apprenticeship in the 'nineties- (Lifetime upgrade)

MMMM...Power, I found the same Haynes Manual; it says 3 Series, but the Z's are included so I wasted no time in the purchase. -lol-
Dabsy, the TIS I purchased was online from a gent on eBay.
It is TIS version 3.2.4 of 18 (7/2006).
I will upload some screen pics, it is loaded on my laptop.
How can I find out if it is legal?
That never crossed my mind!....the gent has many POSITIVE feedbacks on eBay.

Initially i took photos with my camera, uploaded them to PhotoBucket (website) so I could post the pics of the TIS program. There are 4 choices to get the link on Photobucket, and I chose ones initially that did not seem to work after I posted them.

Oh , no...I did not realize you do that. I just thought this was a digital repair manual.
