Air/wind leak-passenger window Z408 - BMW Forum

At 40mph and greater there is an audible air leak from passenger window. It is really loud at higher speeds.
Has anyone had this problem or an idea on what need done to fix this problem?
It's a Z4 auto-soft top-2008. I had a 2003 for 5 yrs w/o this problem.

weatherstripping failure?

only way is to sit down in the passenger seat. have someone drive for you, and see for urself where the wind/noise is coming from. Easier to isolate ur prob that way.

Thanks, for the idea. I will try that once I get car out of winter storage.
I noticed after washing the car that there is water/moisture at the posterior/back end of the window just above the top inside of the door. WOULD this indicate a bad seal or a misaligned window?????

I only have 4K miles on the car so it is still covered under warranty. However, when I called dealer and told him a about the problem, I got the usual run around-there's not a whole lot we can do about it???????
