X3 E83 dcs light on

fuse 40 in glove box blown then the 4x4 light on

f 40 blow off

i did and after about 5-10 min. blow again. I replace the sensor, delete the

code and fail again.

Well then there's a short causing that fuse to overload. Gotta find and fix that issue.

ok. seriously. what is the designation of fuse 40? the fuse panel or ur owner's manual will tell u.

I'll need the yr model and engine displacement of your X3 for reference

F 40

I fix the problem ,this fuse suply voltage to steering angle sensor and shifter

light .i found a short to ground cable in the shifter conector,is the red/black

cable ,fixed ,reset and thats it. thanks .
