X5 has problems around 100k?

Hey, I have been told that BMW X5's are known to have problems around 100k, particularly with the transmission, can anyone confirm or refute this? I am strongly considering the purchase of a used x5 and it has 60k on it now.

I will open this up to a poll.

Moved to X series section. Around that mileage, auto transmissions should get a fluid change.
