x5 diesel

Hi having trouble with black smoke blowing out the exhaust on my diesel when accellerating hard.
Have replaced the turbo and air flow sensor but smke is back

...and your last tune-up was when???

black smoke on acceleration would denote lack of air(i.e. dirty air filter), injection pump/injector problems, or bad compression.

It happens due to only one reason. The fuel is not burning properly.
