Tire Pressure Monitoring Light on 2006 X5

Warning light comes on. Tire pressure is consistent. No leaks. Reset the system following the owners manual instructions. A few days later the damn light is back on. Previous owner had same problem the last 6 months he had it. What should the dealer do - the car is still under warranty. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

let the dealer worry. that should be the least of your probs since as you say it is still under warranty.

could be anything from a slow tire leak from 1 or more tires; defective wheel sensor in one or more tires. defective antenna... or the brain itself is screwed. Or ... it might even be a recall item ;-)
