Satellite Radio for my X3?

Hi all,
I'm now a recovering Infiniti owner having just purchased my first BMW (2010 X3). In the specs given to me by the previous owner it states that the sound system is "satellite capable". However when I asking my local BMW dealer what options were available for installation of a satellite radio they told me that there weren't any! I haven't checked any other dealers yet as most are closed for the weekend but I am seeking advice on this if anyone can recommend hardware that will work with the X3. My previous vehicle had XM built in but I think I can change the account to Sirius if necessary.
Thanks in advance for any info.
Gary

What I do and maybe you should is just use your Ipad and run everything with that or what ever tablet you are using. I use my Ipad as a t/v for my kids in the back seat without having to buy monitors costing 750+ or more. I can run with the Ipad and have multi uses for it.
