| rough idle issue
04 x5 3.o 94,ooo miles. it is idling rough and throwing codes of all cyl. miss fires and 02 on both banks. i had a tear on an intake boot. i replaced it. it made a big difference. my mpg shot back up and the power was back. 2 days later another code and rough idle again. so far i have replaced the intake boot. checked for air leaks with carb cleaner. replaced the spark plugs. tried a new ignition coil on all cylinders.cleaned the MAF sensor. now i'm all out of ideas.has any one been thru this. i really hate to use a dealer. thx |
