replace door regulator/motor and window does not operate from master.

I replaced the door regulator and power window motor on front pass side (2005 X5). The window works fine from pass side but does not work from master window switch/drivers side. I verified all fuses good from glove box location. I also noticed that the auto door lock does not lock the pass door and the pass door switch does not light up at night as do the others. And I noticed I can operate pass window when key is not turned on.
Any ideas? Could I have pinched a wire? Any ideas would be great.
