2003 X5 3l diesel- rear shocks leaking

I am new to this site and need help. I noticed that the one rear shock absorber on my X5 is leaking oil. How big a job is it to replace the shock absorbers on the rear of the car? It has air suspension but the shocks seem to be seperate. The bottom is readily accesable but the top mounts seem to be difficult to get to. Anyone who has done this, your help/advice will be much appreciated. Thanks!
