| 03' X5 Head Gasket
I have an 03' X5 that apparently has a blown head gasket. A couple months ago a radiator hose blew, there was no dashboard indicators that the car was overheating. Is it possible that it did overheat? To what extent would this have on blowing the head gasket. After repairing the hose the car ran fine for over a month and then a couple weeks ago, the alternator went out and at the same time I had to replace a coil....ran fine again for a week until it really started running horrible. Computer now says all coils are bad, but BMW mechanic says blown head gasket. HELP! No white smoke, service engine soon light was on, coolant system was leaking somewhere because it kept going low. |
