Warning Sticker Removal

Hello All, just bought a 04 325i and I was wodering the best way to remove the airbag Warning sticker on the passenger side dash. I tried pulling it off slowly, but it is leaving sticky residue on the trim. Is it safe to use a product like Goo Gone to remove the residue, or do you recommend something else? Thanks.

I would say rip it off and use goo gone or goof off ( i recommend goof off because I have used it for things like that before)

So I would say rip off the sticker slowly, relatively carefully, then use the adhesive remover...*WARNING* when you use the adhesive remover have a sponge handy, and whipe it off clean right when you are done getting the sticky stuff off...if you do that reletively soon it will not damage anything.

Plus, I dont mean to scare you with that warning, because I use this stuff all the time and never had a problem. But I told you just so you dont leave any traces of it on there for a long periof of time

In the 2001 325i i cannot make out if the airbag sticker is painted on the visors or a sticker. either way how should i go about removing that?!

I dont know if this works on the 01's, as I havent tried it on my car. However, either here or E46fanatics.com reccommend that you take your visors out of your car, and use a iron on a lower setting carefully, and remove the stickers slowly. The result should be the stickers and the goo come off together
