Tried peanut butter trick

The plastic windshield washer nozzels on the hood of my black 323IS were badly stained with white car wax. I'd read the peanut butter worked wonders so I finally got up the nerve to try it. A little dab of peanut butter rubbed on the nozzels for 30 seconds removed all of the wax and restored the pure black color. Was I surprised!

It's the peanut oil. If you've got some sitting around you can just use that. Or vegetable oil works good too i hear.

I have to try that, the black plastic strip around my car is stained with wax pretty badly

i just use 3M wax and adhesive remover. Spray wipe. done
