scuff marks on the bottom of my leather seat

This morning when I got in my BMW, the bottom of my brown boots accidently scuffed the bottom of my sear next to the memory seat panel. You know what I am talking about? (Wish I have a dig. camera to show). I tried wiping it off with wet cloth but it doesn't work well. ANy help would be appreciated.

definitely get a specialized product; leather cleaner; even the cleaners for shoes will do

If the material is actually scuffed (scratched) cleaning/leather treatment type products may not work. You may need to talk to a shoe repair place that dyes shoes and see if they have a dye that matches your interior color.
