Thumbs down

hey im new here...

my story on how i got here is like this... im 19, from california, i had a 95 corolla dx, got it wrecked, so i was car-less, talked with my dad and he had a bmw that he never touched for like 5 months, so gives it to me...

i ended up with a 1992 325i bmw with 157,000 miles, runs good, except for one of the backup fans for the radiator is dead, so i always got to keep an eye on the temp gauge, A/C only blows hot air, and some interior/exterior problems

the exterior of the car is where i need help on... hopefully someone here can help me out...

the paint and windows of the car have rain spots on it... i washed the car, nothing.. i took most of the rain spots off the windows with a razor blade... but for the paint, no matter how many times i wash it... nothing!

my question is if anyone knows what i can do besides getting new windows/paint job on the car to make it look sparkling new...

any help will be appreciated... thanks!!

use a polishif that doesn't work move to comound and start off with the finest grade you can if it doenst work move up to the coarser gades. once thewre gona nd th epaint looks good move to a polish to remove the swirl marks. Then add a nice coat of wax.

kc740i is on a distinguished road
you could try clay barring it as well, it may get out any dirt or "other" things on the paint. This will also give a very smooth touch to ur paint. I had the same problem until i clay barred / polished / waxxed now all the dirt and such is gone and the paint feels like glass. =)
