I found a really clean (93,000 original miles) 1982 320i, but only one problem. It has that chrome fender trim above the wheel wells. How would you go about removing these. the car is beautiful except this. Please help. Thanks!

You could just use blackout tape and tape over the chrome. It's a very common practice.

If you wanna go the expensive route you can take it to a place to get the chrome stripped off then have it painted... powder coated or however youd wanna do it...
