Pissed off, stupid scratch

Oh god am I pissed, I found a scratch in my right side rear apron today, right below the gas tank on a black (plastic?) area. How would one go about reparing this? its around 2 mm deep and around a foot long.

You'll most likely need to get some touch up paint and touch it up, then use a high speed rotary buffer to burn the touch up paint to match your regular paint.

yea you probably need to replace the piece, I have no clue how to fix plastic.

believe it or not, i had a scratch/gouge on my side apron caused by a wheel jack when fixing a flat tire, wasn't big enough to go through all the trouble, i just used a black magic marker and "painted" it in.

really can't tell unless you look very close.

Krylon makes a paint for plastic called Fusion. http://www.krylon.com/main/product_templat...product_details
Might be worth a try. I bet the black will be close enough that your couldn't tell the difference.
