painting front lip

I want to paint my front lip, the black piece that is under the front bumper. It is looking very bad, lots of paint missing.

What should I use to repaint it? Is there anything tougher than the basic auto paint from the car store? Is there anything like rhino liner I could put on it that wopuldnt look so bumpy but still be as tough?

Repaint it with the standard paint.
After it's cured get a clear bra put on it. Probably the hood to.

where did you post them?

check with your nearest rhino liner dealer/installer. I know they can apply very little texture, if not any at all, but most people don't opt for it since most use it as a truck liner. I looked into for undercoating once. Great stuff.
