| Hi,
I'm new to these forums and was hoping all of your BMW expertise could help me out.
I just recently purchased a 2004 325i Jet Black. The dealership asked me if I wanted to purchase the Ibex Surface Protection System for my vehicle at a cost of $595. I said I would get back to them in a week.
This surface protection system is supposed to make the shine last longer, give an "always" showroom finish, and prevent loss of gloss, fading, chalking, blah blah blah. They will also a coating on the interior to help prevent fading, staining, soiling, etc. Finally, they put an insulating compound on the undercarriage of the vehicle to damped road noise and vibrations. This is all offered by United Auto Care.
I wanted to basically know if this is just another expensive/overpriced dealer offer or if it is actually worth the money to get this for my car?
Thanks a lot for your help! |
