How to rid the odour from leatherette

Hi fellows,
I just purchased a 2001 - 320i with leatherette seats. It is immaculate inside out. But It has an odour, I think it is from the leatherette seats because I have shampoo all the mats. I wonder if this is the reason the previous buyer wants to sell it. I will try to use 303 Aerospace to clean the seat and monitor the smell. Does any one experience this problem ?? please help.

If the 303 doesnt work, then try Woolite mixed 10:1 with water. (10 parts water, 1 part Woolite.)

I have tried 303 aero space -- it conditions the leatherette very nice but the smell is still there.
Is this Woolite the same one we use for laundry ??

Yep. It smells good and has good cleaning abilities. Diluted 10:1 makes the pH level safe for leather.
