I have a 1991 318ic and the plastic windshield in the back has become opaque over time. any suggestions on what to use to clear it up and clean it? I can't see crap from my rear view mirror.

I would try Meguiars PlastX Polish. Meguiars PlastX

There's a plastic restoration product call Micro Mesh. It's used on aircraft and ships. Check it out here<---.
