I just noticed the badge on the hood is flaking. Clearcoat (?) seems all but gone and some of the white portion of the logo is chipping. Probably because I live in Quebec, possibly the harshest winter conditions around.
Any ideas on how to make it look right again?

I was thing of filling in the missing paint with a thin coat of touchup paint and then clearcoat the entire badge with the clearcoat provided in the BMW touchup kit.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I agree time to swap that with a new one, its easier and no worries about not matching paint.
