Here is what I did...
Went to the auto store and bought some shop towels, simple green, and armorall. Came home and found a spray bottle, you know the kind they use to cut hair, filled that up with water. I did the engine by sections, I would start of getting it wet, then spray some simple green and scrub, then I would just spray that all off with water. It was a pain using the spray bottle because I had to come inside and re-fill it about ten times. Then after I cleaned it all I sparyed it down with armorall and shined it up.
I would have probably used a hose but I just washed the exterior yesterday and I didn't want to get it all dirty again.
