| There are various methods. Since "leatherette" is a vinyl type material, you can actually just use a damp cloth... and that's it. No need for conditioning. If it's got some junk on it use a gentle soap like Murphy's oil soap, this soap can clean! Pour a small amount of the cleaner onto a cloth (use full strength), then wipe the area with it, gently work it into the stained areas with a soft brush, rinse off using a damp soft cloth, then dry. It shouldn't take much to get the stain out.
You could also try this "home brew" cleaning remedy. Mix 1 teaspoon of washing soda (like Arm & Hammer) to 1 quart of water, wipe the stained area with a cloth in circular motions using a slight pressure, rinse off and dry.
As a last resort you could always paint right over the stains with matching leather paint, you can get that at fabric stores. Its a good idea anyway to keep some on hand for touch ups to keep it looking great.

1) damp cloth and a very small amount of lexol. if it gets too slippery for you, just wipe over it again with the damp cloth.

2) A small amount of Zymol cleanser. Then apply a protectant like Sun of Gun, because it leaves a natural shine, unlike ArmorAll. Sun of Gun is cheap but it lasts a long time.

3) Lexol cleaner then lexol conditioner

4) Meguires Leather Cleaner/Conditioner. Not too slippery and nice scent.

5) The new ArmorAll Ultimate Clean. Excellent cleaner/conditioner for your dash and trim also. Leaves a nice low-sheen shine.

6) Any well known vinyl cleaner/condition will work.

Hi guys!!! I just got my 325i with premium pkg. last yesterday...I wish I have a picture so that I can show you my precious bimmer...hehehe anyway, my question is maybe you guys can give me some idea about cleaning the interior. What kind of cleaner should I get for my leatherette seats and for the dashboard??? Do I need to put some conditioner also for the seats and dashboard..??? Because it feels like leather even on the dashboard looks like a leather...(pardon for my innocence..)
