| if you bought your car in america, then you can not take your lense off. the only way is to pry off the glue after heating the headlight in the oven to soften it. and i dont recommend that
if you bought it in europe, then you have glass covers that are removable
assuming you bought yours in america, id use the cleaner on the outside of the headlight, because odds are that is where the foggyness is coming from, not from the inside
