I need to clean the chrome bumpers on this car I just bought, They really aren't too bad, some hard water stains, generally just a little dirty looking.. What is recommended to clean this???

i'd like to know aswell. wd-40 gives it a real nice finish, but it only lasts for about a day.

If it's just water spots or minimal scratches try a polish for paint. NOT a rubbing compound. Or you can buy a cleaner wax, Mother's, Meguiars, etc. Once the blemishes are gone. Wax the chrome at least once a month with a NON cleaning wax. Or paint sealant.

You gotta try Gel-Gloss from Home Depot or similar store. I use it for any type of metal, glass, fiberglass, car paint (light colors) and a bunch of other stuff.
