I plan on claying car soon...what is best wax to apply after that? There is
a local Autozone nearby with a variety of waxes (and claybars)
Thanks,
Mark

Opinions galore Im sure........

I used Meguires 3 step for years, then changed over to the Mothers 3 step when they changed formulas a couple of years back.

Regardless of final brand you chose, if you have time on your side to get 2 coats on your car, then I strongly recommend trying a 3 step formula..... (step 2 polish, step 3 wax) is all that you really need as long as you keep wax on the car.

Zymol-------the ultimate polishing compound

AMG can't build an NA engine that can compete with M engines, so they stick in a supercharger and say their cars are faster. BMW could simply do the same, but they don't out of principle.

Zymol is the best, and it won't melt in the summertime.

That is after these steps

Wash
Clay (Maybe every third wash)
Polish with Poorboys SSR2.5
Polish with Poorboys SSR1
Polish/Clean with Klasse AIO
Then I wax it with the #26.

I usually will do this every 4 months but every month I do this

Wash
Clay
Wax

Every Week I wash it though.

I use the Meguire's 3 step wax once a year.
That stuff really does work great!
It takes more time but trust me, IT'S WORTH IT!
