So finally 'finished' this video that i had started in september that was on my website. Basically, to give plot for it, there is none..my friend just got a new vid cam, and wanted to go 'film' so we went out, and i basically filmed the most random crap ever, so there is no point to it, i was just working with audio and just being bored..
..but it actually turned out okay, some things didnt turn out the way i wanted to (scene when camera is high up and wiggling around, i was trying to get pigeon audio and didnt come out right), anywho..
-Dan
p.s.
any comments/criticism welcome, i dun expect anyone to be too impressed, just took me like 4 hours to edit friggen 45 minutes of random crap, lol.

It was ok... I might watch it again... It might have been a little more entertaining ... if you would have matched the vid to audio a little more.. or more frequently. Good use of video editing skillz....
Random as hell... and rather emoish.... but then again.. this is the Dan I know.
haha i know, like i said before, no point to it, so it's hard to make something with no plot or content good, i was just really friggen bored so i just filmed random ish while my friend was messingn with his cam.
it's hard to match shots with all those beats because there are 50000000 insanely fast beats, and it was 3AM i didnt feel like putting 150% into that one.

not bad Dan, shit like this you really should try submitting to little short film competitions, ive seen stuff like this in those types of competitions.. its not my cup of tea but interesting to watc
what vid editing program do u use? I use adobe Premire Pro, trying to get after effects as well. I should post some of my stuff up on here to.
Dan also i saw the wrx video u made on your sight, there is one part in there where it is synced with the song where the video rewinds and inverts color to black and white, how did u do that, that was sick, any sort of filter or something??
damn good job man...im no editing guru or anything but i like random shit like that...the part with the guy drawing in the street with cigarette was the best i liked the music...
pretty cool job dan

I use Final Cut Pro HD 4.5.
Emir, you've seen that clip before because it's a continuation of the first video.
As for the WRX editing thing, it was simple, just rewind the cam, proper clipping, and then do a negative filter. so easy, duh

My video camera has manual everything, which is why i think he said that. And for some of the shots, i specifically made the shutter speed extra low so that i could get some of the effects it did.

What kind of camera do you use? I have a Panasonic AG-DVX100....I call her Bathsheba. The selling point for me on this camera was the 24p feature. I hate 60i or 30p...24p just takes it closer to that film look...
