you notice that the guy burns out, right? then, immedietely, the camera goes over to the cop, the cop doesnt have his lights on, and he didnt even start moving yet, so i think that somehow the guy with the camera knew that there was a cop there, whatch it again and you will see
I'm thinking he might have seen the cop first and turned the camera to the cop to see if he heard it.... like he saw the cop before the cop turned on his lights. I don't think it was planned. *shrugs* Still dumb though.
