rofl. I build limos and we did a '05 hummer with a 12" raised roof (roof looked goofy) and 120" extra length. The customer requested a train horn on top of the roof. We finally found one and we had to install 2 air tanks and an onboard compressor to keep up with it. It sounded a lot like that video. It REALLY hurts your ears, nose, and any other part of your body that has an opening that air can be forced in to.

if anyone is going to do something similar to this, i would wear ear protection. these things REALLY hurt. not just the volume of the horns but the air that is compressed/released from them really hurts your chest, it forces air into your lungs and you cant stop it. its a weird feeling and it hurts.
