no man you can buy the chassis from any place that has gokarts. they usually have old chassis around, or direct you to the right place to get one. engines are cheap too. if you find a wrecked dirtbike your laughing, although im not sure id use a 125, id try to find me a 250cc.. fabricate some parts and make a better suspension setup and bingo you might be ready to hit the streets... mind you i short tracked that build explaination but you get the idea.
