looked like fun, I watched several minutes of it.

A tip that I found helpful. Don't get your hands on the two places on the wheel while you are turning. Instead I was taught to keep your hands in the same relative position to you. So instead of turning the wheel you "shuffle" it I was told it gives better control and alows you to turn the wheel as far as you need to without losing any strength because of the angle or rotation of your arms.

Something to try out.
