This isn't really a video... But I guess it should go here.

AOL sucks so bad... They always give people so much shit when they try to cancel. I remember my dad screaming at them when he tried to cancel like ten years ago. I'm sure they've just gotten worse.

Just cancel the card you have on your account, and move on. It works, ask me how I know.
