Wow.The whistling noise could be the Sunroof?They just let open it a bit?

I find it interesting that they were driving in the left lane. Usually in countries where you are allowed to drive that fast you only drive in the left lane to pass people. eh, could have been tourists

this is just a guess, but could the Benz possibly have some kind of alarm to tell you that you are red lining the car?
