| Couldn't help you in your neck of the woods. You might have some luck taking them to an autobody paint shop and seeing if they have the right equipment (does powder coating use the electrified acidic solution, or is that anodizing?). Also, a lot of shops are set up on the internet so that you can ship your wheels and they will do the work and ship them back.
