i think the search function has gone kaput.

it gives me this error (search object='poop'):

I typed poo and it searched but then I typed poop and it didn't work.

nvm poo is too short of a word and it doesnt search it...

This was do because of loss of bmw-forums data base when site was down..server upgraded security features before putting up back up file that they had..

As an extra security measure, I continue to update my own personal back up file daily do to any unforeseen circumstances that this ever happens again, which I have been re-assured that it won't, but I will not take any chances this time around..

I however, will try to see if there is a fix to this 'search' problem as I am one stubborn mofo..

This should be fixed in a couple days for those of you having a problem w/ the search feature..

Nope it's the forum's problem..I've found the root of it and am waiting to hear back from our server via email to re-install some files that are needed..
