Making Avatars bigger? to 100 x 100 & 35kb!

It's currently at 80 by 80 or 19kb.
Which suxs for those who have joined recently or trying to change old avatars and now find that the site is restricting avatar sizes to the smallest I've ever seen on any forums.

I say 100 x 100 and 35kb....is a decent average.

TOo many photos to download as it is with people who use 640x291 photos as their "sig" ...

I say keep the avatars where they are and limit the sig size.

Current size is ok. That's why they allow you to have a sig. We don't need both a giant sig and a giant avatar. I like to see a actual post and not a collage of car images.

I say they drop the 19kb to 7. Any picture file can be dropped in size that much and lose less than 1 percent in quality.

I'd rather have a slightly larger avatar and limit the size of the sigs.
Avatars don't steal pageload time; sigs do.

Also sigs are general descriptions of cars, but avatars are more personal and creative.
