losing track of log-in

Several times in the past couple of months I've logged in but the site doesn't recognize it, or like the other day, I log in, respond to a thread, and when I send it, the site tells me I'm not logged in. At that point I'm not going to rewrite the post. Anyone else experience this?

I can't post sometimes. After I type a new post it's like I lost connection. Probably the distance......

maybe having something to do with your cookie settings? i had this problem on another forum before and it had to do with my settings, maybe noodles , our computer wizz might be able to help

i think it is cookies, but the problem is how the site sets them. sometimes i'll click the 'go to new post' square next to a thread somewhere, and it will take me to like the first post or something. .. weird crap

I have the same problem at work.. I can view bf.c but now here... it says I'm not logged on... who knows... not me
