sorry for totally random post but i dont think this site has the general talk forum anymore, well i couldnt find it! so anyway is it possible to turn a short movie clip into a .gif file so i can use it as my avatar? thnx!

You need a program. I used to work with adobe premiere and I could od it in that. Its a very large (and expensive) program if you dont have it. It wouldnt be worth it to get it though. Im sure there are covnerters on the internet.
